Orlando was already on our bucket list, and this was actually our second time visiting! If you’ve been following along, you know that our first trip was to Magic Kingdom — and honestly, I didn’t prepare at all for that one. I had no plan, no ride list, and no strategy. We still had fun, but we also left feeling like we had missed a lot.
So this time, I came prepared. I made a list of every ride we wanted to do before we even got on the plane, and I’m so glad I did — because we managed to do everything on our list.
In this post, I’ll walk you through our 5 days in Orlando, our stay at the Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Orange Lake Resort, and our day at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, including tips on how to actually make the most of your time there.
Our Home Base: Holiday Inn Club Vacations Orange Lake Resort

When I was researching where to stay for this trip, I honestly went back and forth. We had previously stayed at The Grove Resort and Water Park, and part of me really wanted to go back — the suite we had was absolutely stunning. Spacious, beautifully appointed, with a full kitchen and living room that made it feel more like a home than a hotel room. If you haven’t read that post, you can check it out here.
But this time, I wanted to try something new. So I chose the Holiday Inn Club Vacations Orange Lake Resort, and I’m glad I did — it’s a completely different kind of experience worth knowing about.

It’s a massive resort property located right on US-192, which means you’re just a short drive from Disney World and all the major attractions. The property is split into 4 villages — West Village, East Village, North Village, and the star of the show, River Island.
We were assigned to the West Village. Our room was comfortable and had a small kitchen, which is always a win when you’re traveling with kids — but I won’t sugarcoat it: coming from the gorgeous suite we had at The Grove, the West Village felt noticeably more basic. It gets the job done, but it doesn’t have that same “wow” moment when you walk through the door.
Once we discovered River Island though, everything changed — and I was honestly a little envious of the guests staying over there!
The Room & West Village

We slept in a Studio Suite, which is the smallest accommodation option at the resort, coming in at 430 sq. ft. It sleeps up to 5 people, so for just the two of us, it was perfectly fine. Our room was clean and well-equipped with a small kitchen — fridge, microwave, stove, and all the basics — which is a huge money-saver when you’re traveling with kids.
Being able to make breakfast in the room before a big park day or grab a snack without paying resort prices is genuinely one of the things I appreciate most about vacation rental-style accommodations.
For families that need more space, the resort actually has a wide range of room options spread across its 4 villages (West, East, North, and River Island). Here’s a quick overview to help you plan:
- Studio Suite — 430 sq. ft., sleeps up to 5 (the one we had — great for small families or duos)
- 1 Bedroom Villa or Clubhouse — around 510 to 816 sq. ft. depending on the village, sleeps up to 4
- 2 Bedroom Villa — around 1,200 to 1,285 sq. ft., sleeps up to 8 (ideal for families of 4–6)
- 3 Bedroom Villa — 1,700 sq. ft., sleeps up to 12 (great for bigger families or multi-family trips)
- 4 Bedroom Villa — 2,575 sq. ft. in River Island, sleeps up to 16
- Signature Collection — also available in River Island for a more upscale experience
Whether it’s just you and your little one or the whole family, there’s a room that works for your family size.

Now, the West Village does have its own pool — the Water’s Edge & Beach Club — and it’s a good size for a relaxing swim right near your room. It also hosts fun poolside activities like Bingo, and it’s within walking distance of mini golf, watersport rentals, and dining options. So it’s not without its perks! But it’s noticeably smaller and lower-key compared to what you’ll find at River Island.
The West Village overall is quieter and feels more residential. It’s great if you want to come back after a long day and just decompress, but it doesn’t have that “wow” factor. Think of it more like a comfortable, practical home base than a full resort experience in itself.
River Island — The Real Star of the Resort

Okay, let’s talk about River Island, because this is where the fun happens. Even though we were staying in the West Village, we made our way over to River Island every single day, and I completely understand why families specifically request to stay there.
River Island has a completely different vibe — it feels like a true resort destination. The pool area is beautiful and landscaped, with multiple pools, a splash pad area for younger kids, and a great atmosphere that makes you feel like you’re actually on vacation. The whole area is more lively, more polished, and just feels more like what you picture when you think “Orlando resort.”
Here’s what you’ll find at River Island that really sets it apart:
- Water slides — there are actual waterslides at the River Island Pool Complex, open daily.
- Lazy River — a 1,200-foot lazy river that winds through the resort and connects to pools on either end. This is the one that costs extra (we paid $19 USD for the two of us for a day of access), but it was absolutely worth it.
- Island Golf (Mini Putt) — an 18 or 36-hole mini golf course right in the River Island complex. There’s an additional charge, but it’s a great option for families looking for something fun beyond the pool.
- Fun Zone & Climb-N-Zip — the Fun Zone playground and the rock climbing/zipline activity (Climb-N-Zip) are both located in River Island. These also come with extra fees.
- More dining options — River Island has more food and drink choices than West Village. You’ll find the River Island Grilling Company (a full-service restaurant), the Tradewinds Bar & Grill for casual bites and nightly entertainment, pool bars, and quick-service spots. It’s much more self-contained and convenient for a full day out without needing to go anywhere else.
If you’re planning a trip here, my honest advice is to specifically request River Island when you book, or at least when you check in. It made a noticeable difference in the overall resort experience!
Now that I know what the resort has to offer, if I ever return to Orlando, it would be my first choice of where to stay — and I’d make sure to request River Island from the start!
Getting Around the Resort: Free Shuttle Service
The resort spans over 1,100 acres, so getting around on foot isn’t really practical. The good news is that Holiday Inn Orange Lake offers a complimentary on-property shuttle that connects all 4 villages and key spots across the resort. It runs every 15 minutes with 22 stops, from 8 AM to midnight, and it’s covered as part of your resort fee.
We never waited more than 10 minutes, and with a kid in tow, being able to hop on a bus instead of hiking across the property was a huge relief, especially at the end of a long day.
What about parking? Also free! The resort has plenty of parking and you’ll have no trouble finding a spot. That’s honestly a nice bonus compared to a lot of hotels in the Orlando area where parking fees can add up quickly.

One thing I do want to be upfront about: the shuttle is for getting around the resort only — it does not take you to Disney or any of the theme parks. For park days, you’ll need to take a cab or Uber. We didn’t rent a car, so Uber was our go-to — and honestly, that was a personal choice too. I don’t really like driving in the US, so I was perfectly happy paying for Uber and letting someone else handle the roads!
Our Animal Kingdom day cost us about $25 USD one way by Uber. If you do have a car, keep in mind that parking at Disney is $30 USD per day, so factor that in when deciding whether renting a car actually saves you money. For us, Uber made more sense and way less stress.
Just make sure you budget for transportation when planning your trip so there are no surprises!

Another thing I really appreciated is that the shuttle stops near the east gate of the resort, and from there it’s about a 7-minute walk to a Publix supermarket. This is super handy if you want to stock up on groceries for the week — breakfast foods, snacks, drinks, and anything else you need for the kitchen in your room.
My tip: bring a backpack and a few reusable grocery bags so you can easily carry everything back without any hassle.
And here’s a fun little bonus: that Publix also carries Disney ears and Disney-themed merchandise, so if you forgot to grab something at the parks or just want to avoid paying park prices, it’s absolutely worth a quick stop!
What’s Included (and What Costs Extra)
Here’s something I want to be really transparent about, because I think it’s important for budgeting purposes.
Pool access is included with your stay. The resort has beautiful pools across the property, and you can use them at no additional charge.
However, some of the more exciting amenities come with extra fees:
- Lazy River
Located in River Island, the lazy river is 1,200 feet long and connects to the pool complex. The pools are free to use, but to float the lazy river you’ll need to pay at the Splash Shack. So for 2 people, budget around $19 USD.
If you plan to do the lazy river, mini golf, and the Fun Zone, the Play Pass is a better deal — it bundles all 3 for $29.95 USD (1 day), $42 USD (2 days), or $50 USD (3 days).
Honestly, $19 for the lazy river was worth every penny for us. My daughter absolutely loved it — we floated around together for what felt like forever, and it was the perfect way to wind down after a busy park day. But I do think it’s worth knowing ahead of time so you’re not surprised at check-in or when you show up with your kids and suddenly realize there are extra costs involved.
- Mini Putt / Putt-Putt Golf

Additional charge; there are actually 2 courses on the property — a 36-hole Putt-Putt course in West Village and an 18 or 36-hole mini golf course in River Island, so no matter which village you’re in, you’re close to one!
- Fun Zone (River Island only)
The Fun Zone features a rock climbing wall and zipline (called Climb-N-Zip) and is exclusively located in River Island, open 11 AM to 6 PM. Additional fees apply and it is weather permitting, so keep that in mind!
- Arcades

Not included either! The resort has 3 arcades across the property (one per village), and each game costs extra. It’s a lot of fun but the bill can add up quickly, especially with excited kids around!

🎯 Insider tip: My daughter figured out that while most games only give you 5 to 20 tickets, there was one game that nobody else was playing that could win you 500 tickets at a time! She played it 5 times and walked away with 2,500 tickets — enough to trade in for the gifts she had her eye on. Now, was she just really lucky? Or is that game genuinely easy to win? Honestly, we’re not sure — but either way, it worked! 😄
So before your kids just start playing everything in sight, have them scout the machines first. Sometimes the best deal in the arcade is the one everyone else is ignoring!
Golf at Orange Lake Resort
If you or someone in your group is a golf lover, you’re in for a treat — Orange Lake Resort has 4 golf courses on the property, which is pretty impressive.
We didn’t play ourselves, but I think it’s worth mentioning because it’s genuinely one of the resort’s standout features, especially for families traveling with adults who want their own activity while the kids splash around.
Here’s a quick breakdown of what’s available:
- The Legends – An 18-hole Arnold Palmer Signature championship course in the East Village, with a driving range and golf cart included. This is the flagship course of the resort.
- The Reserve – Another 18-hole championship course, this one in the West Village.
- Legends Walk – A lighted 9-hole par-3 walking course in North Village, fun for all skill levels and great for families with older kids who want to give it a try. Club rental is available for $15 USD + tax per set.
- Crane’s Bend – A 9-hole executive course in West Village, with a golf cart included.
Is it free? No — the golf courses are not included in the room rate and the fees vary by season. That said, if golf is important to your group, this resort is genuinely one of the better options in the Orlando area for it. You’d be hard-pressed to find 4 courses on-site anywhere else nearby!
Quick pros and cons summary for the resort:
Pros:
- Spacious rooms with full kitchen (huge money saver!)
- Beautiful pools included with stay
- Free shuttle within the resort, running 8 AM to midnight
- River Island area is gorgeous and great for families
- Great location close to Disney and other Orlando attractions
Cons:
- Fun Zone activities, lazy river, arcades and mini putt cost extra
- The experience varies a lot depending on which village you’re placed in
- North, East, and West Village feels less “resort-like” compared to River Island
- No shuttle to Disney parks — you’ll need to Uber or cab it; getting to Animal Kingdom was about $25 USD one way, so budget at least $50 USD per round trip for park days
A Day at Disney’s Animal Kingdom

I have been to Walt Disney World before (you can read about our Magic Kingdom trip here), but this was our first time visiting Animal Kingdom, and I want to say this loud and clear: preparation is everything.
Animal Kingdom is open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM — yes, it closes earlier than the other Disney parks, and there are no fireworks at the end of the night. The reason? The animals! Loud fireworks would be too stressful and disruptive for the wildlife living on the property.
Because the park closes at 6 PM, you have fewer hours than at Magic Kingdom or EPCOT. That means if you show up without a plan, you will absolutely run out of time before you run out of things to do. I made a priority list of the rides and experiences we most wanted before we even left home, and it made all the difference.
Download the My Disney Experience App Before You Go

One thing I strongly recommend before setting foot in the park: download the My Disney Experience app. It’s completely free and honestly a game-changer for planning your day.
The app shows you the real-time wait times for every single ride in the park, so you can see at a glance which attractions have a 10-minute wait and which ones are pushing 60+ minutes. This is especially helpful when it comes to deciding whether to buy a Lightning Lane for a specific ride — you can check the wait time in the app, and if it’s already short, you save your money.
If it’s creeping up, you know it’s worth the upgrade. We used it all day long and it helped us move through the park so efficiently. Don’t skip this one!
Our Must-Do List at Animal Kingdom
Here’s what we had on our list — and yes, we managed to do everything:
1. Meet the Characters from Zootopia — “Zootopia: The Party Starts Here!” + Zootopia: Better Zoogether! (4D Show)

Everything Zootopia at Animal Kingdom was high on my daughter’s list — and it did not disappoint. We did both the character meet-and-greet AND the 4D show, and honestly, together they made for the ultimate Zootopia experience.
Getting to meet Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde at the character meet-and-greet was a total highlight. The theming was adorable and the kids were absolutely buzzing with excitement. If your little one is a Zootopia fan, don’t skip this!
Then there’s Zootopia: Better Zoogether! — a roughly 9-minute 4D show inside the iconic Tree of Life on Discovery Island. You put on special “CarrotVision 3D” glasses and get fully immersed in the world of Zootopia, with real physical effects like water sprays, bubbles, and fog throughout the show. Ginnifer Goodwin and Jason Bateman reprise their roles as Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde, and it wraps up with a fun Gazelle concert finale.
It was such a fun, sensory experience — my daughter was giggling the whole way through every time a surprise effect hit. The best part is that it runs continuously from park open to close, so you can slip it in between other attractions without much planning.
2. Avatar Flight of Passage (Pandora – The World of Avatar)

This is the big one — arguably the most popular ride in Animal Kingdom. Avatar Flight of Passage is a stunning, immersive flying simulator that takes you soaring over the bioluminescent world of Pandora on the back of a banshee. It is genuinely breathtaking, and I say that as someone who wasn’t even a huge Avatar fan going in.
Because it’s so popular, we purchased Lightning Lane (16$ USD each person) for this one — and it was absolutely the right call. We went straight to the front of the line while others waited significantly longer. For this specific ride, I would strongly recommend paying for Lightning Lane. It’s the one attraction where the wait can really eat into your day.
3. Na’vi River Journey (Pandora – The World of Avatar)

Also in Pandora, this is a calmer, more sensory boat ride through the glowing rainforest world. It’s beautiful and perfect for younger kids or anyone who wants something a little more relaxed after the intensity of Flight of Passage. We loved the ambient atmosphere and the incredible animatronics.
4. Kali River Rapids

This was SO much fun — and yes, we got soaked! Kali River Rapids is a classic whitewater raft ride that’s thrilling enough for kids but not too scary. A word of warning though: you will get wet, potentially very wet. Pack a change of clothes or at least bring a plastic bag for your shoes and phone.
5. Kilimanjaro Safaris

Kilimanjaro Safaris takes you on an open-air truck ride through a vast savanna where you can see real, live animals — elephants, giraffes, lions, rhinos, zebras, and more. It doesn’t feel like a theme park attraction at all; it feels like an actual safari.
How Were the Wait Times?
Let me be real with you here: Animal Kingdom during March Break is typically packed. Like, really packed. This is one of the busiest times of year for all Orlando parks, and wait times of 60 to 90 minutes — or even longer for the most popular rides like Avatar Flight of Passage — are completely normal and expected.
If you show up without a plan during spring break, you could easily spend half your day standing in line and leave feeling like you barely scratched the surface of the park.
So when I say our wait times were mostly around 30 minutes or less, I want to be transparent: I think we genuinely got a little lucky with the timing, but I also don’t think luck was the only factor. Planning through the My Disney Experience app made a huge difference.
Here’s how we used it: the app shows live, real-time wait times for every ride across the entire park. So instead of wandering around and stumbling into a 75-minute queue, we could look at our phones, see which rides had shorter lines right now, and move toward those while avoiding the long ones.
It also helped us decide when a Lightning Lane was actually worth paying for — if a ride was showing a 10-minute standby wait in the app, we skipped the upgrade and just walked in. If it was creeping toward 60, we knew it was time to seriously consider it.
We actually saved Avatar Flight of Passage for last — our final ride of the day. That’s part of why the Lightning Lane was so worth it for us. By the end of the day, the standby line was still very long and we were tired.
Having that Lightning Lane reservation meant we could walk right in and end the day on the highest possible note without burning our last bit of energy standing in a massive queue. It was the perfect way to close out our Animal Kingdom experience.
So my honest take: don’t go to Animal Kingdom during March Break — or any peak period — and expect short lines without a strategy.
The park gets very busy and waits can be brutal if you’re unprepared. But if you download the app, check it constantly throughout the day, go in with a priority list, and use Lightning Lane strategically, you give yourself a real fighting chance at a great day without spending most of it in line. That’s exactly what we did, and it worked out.
We only paid Lightning Lane for Avatar Flight of Passage, and everything else we managed on standby — but I’ll be honest, I’m not sure we could have pulled that off without the app guiding our every move.
Memory Maker: Was It Worth It?
Okay, let me talk about Disney Memory Maker because this is something I genuinely debated before our trip — and I’m so glad we went for it.
What is Memory Maker?
Disney Memory Maker is a photo package that gives you access to all the digital photos taken of you throughout the park. We purchased the one-day version directly through the My Disney Experience app for $85 USD.
With that, every photo taken by the Disney professional photographers stationed around the park — at character meet-and-greets, iconic spots, and on select rides — gets automatically linked to your account and delivered digitally. No chasing down photos, no buying individual prints. You just pick them up in the app at the end of the day.
How do you activate it?
This part is important — and honestly it’s super easy once you know what to do! After purchasing Memory Maker in the My Disney Experience app, you need to turn on Bluetooth on your phone. That’s the key step a lot of people miss.
Memory Maker is linked to your daily park pass through the app, and when you approach a Disney photographer and they take your photo, the Bluetooth connection is what allows the photo to be automatically attached to your account. No scanning, no swapping phones — it just works seamlessly in the background as long as your Bluetooth is on and the app is active.
Was it worth it for us?
Without a doubt — yes. Here’s why.
When it’s just the two of us, taking photos is always a little awkward. You can ask strangers, and most people are happy to help, but it interrupts the flow of your day, the results are inconsistent, and honestly — I just want to be in the moment with my daughter, not fussing with camera angles.
Animal Kingdom has professional Disney photographers stationed at almost every major photo spot and character meet-and-greet. These photographers know exactly where to stand, how to get the best light, how to make kids smile and look natural, and how to capture those magical, spontaneous moments. We got beautiful photos at the Zootopia meet-and-greet, stunning shots in Pandora, and candid moments I genuinely couldn’t have captured myself.
For a solo parent traveling with one child — or really any small group that doesn’t want to constantly ask strangers to take photos — I think Memory Maker is one of the smartest things you can buy.
By the end of our day, we had at least 50 photos waiting for us in the app. 50! For $85 USD, that works out to less than $2 a photo from professional Disney photographers. When I think about what I would have spent on even a handful of prints at a photo booth, it felt like an incredible deal. I have zero regrets.

Tips for Planning Your Own Orlando Trip
After 5 days in Orlando, here’s what I’d tell any family heading there:
- Make a ride priority list before you go. Especially for Animal Kingdom, which has shorter hours than other Disney parks. Know your top 5 must-dos and tackle those first.
- Request River Island specifically when booking the Holiday Inn Orange Lake Resort. The difference in experience compared to West Village is significant.
- Budget for extra amenity fees at the resort. The pools are included, but the lazy river, mini putt, and Fun Zone activities are not. Factor that into your overall trip budget.
- Buy Lightning Lane only for the rides that truly need it. For us, that was Avatar Flight of Passage, and it was worth every dollar. Other rides had manageable waits, especially if you time it right.
- Get to Animal Kingdom early. The park opens at 8 AM and closes at 6 PM. Morning is your golden window before the crowds arrive.
- Consider Memory Maker if you’re a small group or solo parent. The Disney photographers are excellent, and having professional photos of your trip is a priceless souvenir.
- Buy Disney merchandise outside the park if you can. I’ll be honest — I got completely swept up in the magic and bought a few things inside Animal Kingdom, and the prices are no joke. I paid $39 USD for Nick Wilde ears, $32 USD for a Nick Wilde plush, and $19 USD for a smaller one. That’s $90 USD in souvenirs in one afternoon!

Disney merchandise is available at Disney Springs (which has no park ticket required), Target, Walmart, and even Amazon before your trip. If your child has their heart set on a specific character plush or pair of ears, check online first and order in advance — you can sometimes find the same items for significantly less.
What We Spent for 5 Days in Orlando (2 People)
I always appreciate when travel bloggers are transparent about money, so here’s the full breakdown of what this trip actually cost us — for 1 adult and 1 child. I’ve included both USD and CAD amounts where relevant so Canadian readers can plan accordingly.

💳 One money-saving perk worth mentioning: As a World Elite Mastercard holder, we had access to the Odyssée Lounge by Plaza Premium at the airport before boarding our flight to Orlando. We enjoyed a complimentary lunch there, so that expense isn’t included in the budget above.

On top of that, this card also came with travel insurance coverage for both my daughter and me, which means I didn’t have to budget for a separate travel insurance plan at all. That’s a pretty significant saving when you think about it! If you have a travel credit card with lounge, dining, or insurance benefits, definitely take advantage of them before your trip.
And if you don’t have a card that includes travel insurance, make sure you factor that cost into your overall budget — it’s not something I’d ever travel without, especially with kids.
Oh, and one more thing — this card also gives cash back on purchases, so I used it for pretty much every expense throughout the trip. Every coffee, every Uber, every souvenir. It all adds up and comes back to you. Honestly, it’s the card I reach for every single time when I travel!
Travel Essentials for Orlando with Kids
Before I wrap up, here’s a list of everything I’d recommend packing before your Orlando trip. These are things that genuinely made our trip easier, more comfortable, or more fun — and a few I wish I had thought of sooner!
This is a game-changer and honestly the first thing I’d tell every Canadian traveler to get before heading to the US. Instead of paying expensive roaming fees with your Canadian carrier, you can purchase an eSIM before you leave home and activate it when you land.
It gives you unlimited data for the duration of your trip so you can use Google Maps, the My Disney Experience app, check Uber prices, and stay connected without racking up a massive phone bill. It takes 5 minutes to set up and is so worth it.
Want to save $5 on your eSIM? Use my referral code LINURF84 when you sign up to get $5 off your first purchase!
Memory Maker is amazing for your park day, but it doesn’t follow you back to the resort! For pool days, lazy river floats, and all those spontaneous in-between moments — that’s where having your own camera makes all the difference.
Right now I shoot everything on my iPhone 16 Pro Max and honestly the camera quality is incredible — it handled every bright pool shot, every dark Pandora ride, and every silly in-between moment beautifully.
But the Insta360 is still on my personal bucket list — it’s been on my wish list for a while now and I can’t wait to finally get my hands on one! From everything I’ve seen and heard from other travelers, it captures everything in 360° so you never have to worry about missing a moment or getting the angle right. If you’re serious about documenting your family trips, this one is definitely worth looking into.
You’ll be using your phone all day long for the My Disney Experience app, photos, Uber, and Google Maps. A fully charged power bank is a must — the last thing you want is a dead phone when you’re trying to grab your Lightning Lane for Avatar!
Lightweight and small enough to fit in your wallet, suitcase, backpack, or coat pocket, making it easy to manage your medications on the go.
You will walk a LOT — both at the resort and at Animal Kingdom. A good pair of cushioned, supportive shoes is non-negotiable.
My personal favorite for trips like this are water shoes and honestly, I think they’re one of the most underrated travel items out there. They’re perfect for wearing all day long — comfortable enough for walking around the park, and you can jump straight into the pool, the lazy river, or get soaked on Kali River Rapids without having to stop and change. No soggy sneakers, no blisters, no dragging around an extra pair of shoes. One pair does it all and that’s exactly my kind of packing!
You want something light and hands-free for the park. A small backpack or fanny pack is perfect for carrying sunscreen, snacks, a water bottle, and your portable charger without weighing you down.
This is one I always recommend and never skip. Personally, my World Elite Mastercard includes travel insurance coverage, so I was covered for this trip at no extra cost.
But if you don’t have a credit card that includes travel insurance, I strongly recommend purchasing a plan before you go — especially when traveling with kids. Flight cancellations, lost luggage, medical emergencies, or even a sick child the night before a park day can happen to anyone. The peace of mind alone is worth every penny, and it’s usually much more affordable than people think. Don’t leave home without it!
Final Thoughts
This trip reminded me of exactly why I love traveling with my daughter. Yes, there are logistics to figure out, budgets to manage, and shoes that get soaked on raft rides — but none of that matters when you see the look on her face floating through a glowing Pandora river or finally meeting her favorite animated duo from Zootopia.
The Holiday Inn Club Vacations Orange Lake Resort was a comfortable, practical choice for families, with the River Island being the undeniable highlight of the property.
And Animal Kingdom genuinely surprised me — I think it might be my favorite Disney park now, but I do think a big part of that is because we planned so well. We made the most of our time, hit the right rides at the right moments, and didn’t waste a single hour.
The highlight for me personally was Pandora – The World of Avatar. The world-building there is unlike anything else I’ve experienced at Disney. It’s breathtaking, immersive, and honestly felt like stepping into another world entirely.
If you’re planning a family trip to Orlando, I hope this helps you get a clearer picture of what to expect and how to make the most of your time.
Have you visited Holiday Inn Orange Lake or Animal Kingdom? I’d love to hear about your experience in the comments!
